Personal Data Processing Principles

We are the company: ŠVIHEJ JUMP ROPES s.r.o., Company ID: 10985301, VAT ID: CZ10985301, registered office at Poděbradova 1243/7, Ostrava, 70200, Czech Republic.

We operate an e-shop on the website www.svihej.cz

For the sale of goods and operation of our website, we process certain personal data.

The processing of personal data is governed in particular by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (“GDPR”).

A. Processing of personal data when using the contact form


If you request information about our products and services, we will work with the contact details you provide to us, mainly through the enquiry form. These are: first name, last name, email address, place of residence, phone number, information about the goods.

For what purpose?

We use them to contact you and agree on further details regarding the goods.

On what legal basis?

This processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (negotiations about a contract).

How long will we process your personal data?

If we do not enter into further cooperation, we will process your data for a maximum of 10 years from our last communication.

B. Processing of personal data in case of purchase

If you make a purchase from us, we will work with the data you fill in. These are mainly billing details: first name, last name, address, email address, phone number.

For what purpose?

We need to process personal data to fulfil our contract – to deliver our goods to you. We will also use your contact details to communicate with you about the status of your order, and, if applicable, about complaints/claims or your questions.

We will further process personal data to comply with our legal obligations (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, and, where applicable, for handling complaints/claims and other matters).

On what legal basis do we process personal data?

This processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract, and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – compliance with a legal obligation.

How long will we process your personal data?

For the duration of providing our service and thereafter for 10 years from the last provision of such service or delivery of goods.

C. Newsletters (commercial communications)

If you are a purchasing customer and you do not wish us to process your personal data for direct marketing purposes, please email us at info@svihej.cz and we will not send you any commercial communications.

On what legal basis?

This is permitted under Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, provided you did not refuse this option at the time of purchase.

How long will we process your personal data?

For 10 years from your last purchase. You can unsubscribe at any time via email or by contacting us at: info@svihej.cz

II. Who will have access to the data?

Your data will remain with us. However, certain companies or individuals work with us and may have access to the data because they help us operate our e-shop. These are:

  • the e-shop platform operator Shoptet (Shoptet a.s., registered office at Dvořeckého 628/8, Břevnov, 169 00, Prague 6, Company ID (IČ): 289 35 675; registered with the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, Insert 25 395)
  • a processor involved in the dispatch of goods (Šimon Kracík, Company ID (IČ): 09808833 andPARSLEY TRADE s.r.o., Company ID (IČO): 17303354)
  • companies involved in payment processing (Comgate Payments a.s., Company ID (IČ): 27924505; Skip Pay s.r.o., Company ID (IČ): 07093331)
  • the email service provider (Shoptet a.s., Company ID (IČ): 28935675)
  • the email service provider (ECOMAIL.CZ, s.r.o., Company ID (IČ): 02762943)
  • the provider of marketing data processing (WeFlow Team, cooperative; File reference: Dr 5530 maintained by the Regional Court in Ostrava; Registered office: Univerzitní nám. 1934/3, Fryštát, 733 01 Karviná; Company ID (IČO): 192 02 211)

We process personal data only within the territory of the European Union.

III. What else should you know?

Our company has not appointed a Data Protection Officer.

In our company, decisions are made based on automated processing and/or profiling.

IV. Your rights in relation to the processing of personal data

The GDPR gives you, among other things, the right to contact us and request information about what personal data we process about you, request access to such data and have it updated or corrected, or request restriction of processing. You may request a copy of the processed personal data, request erasure of personal data in certain situations, and in certain cases you have the right to data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests.

If you believe we are not handling your data properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection, or to take your claims to court.
